Top has 3 beveled mirror panels, single door with filigree and medallion carved inset front panel, turned finials and support columns, slanted front panel with carved winged maiden figures flanking an urn overflowing with flowers, drop front writing surface had open compartments, 2 drawers and center door flanked by hidden compartments; the base has a single drawer with mythical face and swirling filigree carved in the front, large full seated winged griffin supports on turned feet with quality double wheel iron castors. Overall excellent condition and original finish, has a natural seam split and repair in the lid, minor split at the tip of one wing and also at the top of the upper corbels. 66.25 in. high x 37 in. wide x 23 in. deep.
