As viewed under UV light in the unopened frame: c. 2% to 4% overpainting; patched and restored in the LR along the horizon line - see conservator's report; overall craquelure with stretcher bar cracking of the paint having slight instability; not lined; later slightly nicked frame with some patina loss at the bottom.
