Description
Manufactured by the Union Knife Company in Naugatuck, Connecticut in the early 1860's with an estimated quantity of only several hundred. Has a single barrel made for a double load at breech, double hammer, single spur trigger and engraved brass frame. Left side of barrel is engraved with a Civil War patriotic motif. Right side is stamped "Young American". Metal is grey patina and brass is clean. Strong scenes and legends. Excellent grips. Fine working order. Smooth bore with no rifling.
