The basis for this conversion was a Universal M1 carbine receiver. A short heavy barrel was installed with no provision for sights and a ported muzzle. The custom pistol grip walnut half stock with rollover comb installed. Trigger guard has a black enameled finish with original magazine. Sports a Pachmayr waffle pad and Weaver side mount with Eurolux 4x36 scope. Fine bore and action. No hand guard. An interesting conversion and the first .30 Carbine target rifle we have seen.
