This shotgun was manufactured in 1937, the year Parker moved to Ilion, New York having been purchased by Remington in 1934. Shotgun has all matching numbers, matted solid rib with the old Meridian, Connecticut address, twin sights, manual extractors, case colored boxlock frame, single select trigger with special straight grip, English style stock with checkered buttplate, nickel shield in toe and checkered beavertail forend. 95% original blue on barrels and 50% case colors on frame. Wood is excellent with usual hunting mars, beautiful grain and razor sharp checkering. Trigger guard retains approximately 30% original factory blue and bottom of frame stamped "Parker".
