ENGLISH STERLING GRAVY BOATS, EARLY 19TH CENTURY, PAIR, H 5", W 7":A pair of sterling silver English gravy boats, each with shell form knees and feet. Each measures H.5" x 7" x 4 1/4". Marked with passant lion, crowned leopard's head, date letter probably indicating 1817, and George III profile. Additionally marked with maker's initials "T.R" for Thomas Radcliffe. Weighs approximately 30.38 troy ounces total. From the Estate of Daniel Clancy, Voltaire Place, Grosse Pointe Farms.
