Very pretty doll with pale bisque and rouge cheeks with blue glass inset eyes, flange swivel neck on separate bisque shoulder. This particular face is attributed to Barrois and is on a gusseted leather body with individually stitched fingers. She wears an antique beige silk dress and old honey blonde mohair wig over cork pate and an antique silk bonnet. The dress, however, is melting. Shoes are nice white boots, newer than the doll. An old hairline crack to the left front forehead running to the eye cut. The leather arms are exceptionally clean and could possibly be later replacements, although if so, are very well done. There is a split on the inside seam of the right lower hand. (Good - Very Good). 18'' T.
