Oils on artist's canvas panel. Displays a mystical scene - titled "Awatowi Rain Peoples", by Native American artist Delbridge Honanie, or Coochsiwukioma (Falling White Snow) (b.1946), from the Bear Clan of the Hopi Pueblo people. Painted in the settlement of Second Mesa, Arizona. A prominent artist of the Hopi people, his work has been exhibited around the world and is used to promote and educate about the culture and values of the Hopi people. Signed lower right - D.H. COOCHSIWUKIOMA -75-. Also inscribed on back with more information from it's fist exhibition on the 25 April, 1975. Framed in black wooden frame.
