Industrial Age custom commissioned slab and aluminum sculpture, commissioned by Thomas Perkins, the highly figured cross cut slab with applied arrows with text Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, rising on a triangular aluminum support with a brass reserve with quote, "Time Flies When You Are Having Fun - Albert. E", Note: the slab was cut from an old growth tree that fell on the Perkins estate, Plumpton Place, Sussex England, 77"h x 69"w overall. Provenance: Property from the estate of Thomas J. Perkins, San Francisco, and Belvedere, CA.(note: originally on board the super yacht, Maltese Falcon).
