Felix Lithographs on tinted paper Published for Felix on the Bat; London c.1845, by S. Knights, printed by W. Sharp, from the original edition of five plates 35 x 24cm (12 x 9in.) (2) Unframed G. F. Watts made the five lithographs of cricket strokes in 1894. He presented his original sketches to the MCC, each drawn to show a process of translation from a left-handed to a right-handed batsman. Published by his former schoolmaster who was known as Felix, (Nicholas Wanostrocht) for Felix on the Bat; Being a Scientific Inquiry into the Use of the Cricket Bat; Together with the History and Use of the Catapulta. Also, the Laws of Cricket, as Revised by the Marylebone Club 1845.
