Gorgeous C.1850 English chinoiserie sewing table,chest or cabinet with gilt figures hand painted on legs,knees as well as upper cabinet with gilt figures hand painted on legs,knees as well as upper cabinet all sides. Brass key hole no key. Claw feet with chinoiserie on feet,base-plate all in wonderful condition,very minute fading of gilt to right leg,no lose of black anywhere. The entire cabinet in wonderful condition. Many years prior,top of leg joints which connect to the upper chest were professionally re-glued probably due to wood shrinkage at the joint with age.
