Lot of Three Civil War 1/6th Plate Images of Unidentified Union Soldiers. Includes: 1.) 1/6th plate Daguerreotype of a seated soldier, his buttons, belt plate and face hand colored. Housed in the lower section of an embossed leather covered case lacking the lid. 2.) 1/6th plate Tintype of a Union cavalryman housed in an embossed leather covered case with detached lid. 3.) 1/6th plate Tintype of a Union cavalry officer seated and holding his 1860 cavalry saber. The buttons, shoulder straps and belt plate of his uniform have been hand-colored. Housed in a gutta percha Union case.
