A certificate, mostly hand-written and framed under glass to an overall 7.75" x 11", presented to Shirley Temple for "Passing Third Grade Ballet/ Feb 1st, 1938," signed by Edward Belcher; and a blue-leather bound scrapbook with a medieval motif on the cover, featuring a photo of a young Temple in a ballet pose, as well as photos of her favorite dancers, including Paul Petroff, Olga Spessiva and others, and inscribed on the first page "I am putting these pictures in this book because of my great love for ballet/ Shirley Temple." The certificate and most photos exhibit even toning.
