A pair of snaphaunce flintlock pistols by Pietro Palino, dating: 18th Century, provenance: North Italy, dating: 18th Century, provenance: North Italy, Smooth, three-stage, 12 mm cal. barrels, octagonal at the first part and signed 'PIETRO PALINO', with stamp 'P' under crown among lilies and engraved garlands, then round, featuring a six-face segment and rings. Slightly engraved and carved locks, sliding pan-cover. Wooden full stocks with iron mounts, engraved with floral motifs. Iron-tipped, wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractor. The other ramrod made of iron and restore. Scarce signature. , length 27.5 cm.
