Description
Bradley and Hubbard Manufacturing Company (American (Connecticut), 1852-1940), circa 1900. A parcel gilt metal and art glass Gone with the Wind oil lamp (or banquet lamp), later converted to electric table lamp, having two hand painted glass elements, one of globe form, the other of of bulbous form, each having hand decorated floral motif with lilies and larkspur on green ground, with pierced floral footed base, marked "B & H". Overall approximately 28" x 1".
Condition
Wear commensurate with age and use. Some surface accretions, including what appears to be red and white paint, some tarnishing to metal, some minor soiling/dust. Some losses to enamel. Font is removable, and globe appears to be original. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
