Southeast Europe, 5th century B.C.
Skull embossed in one piece with a helmet crest rail formed of two ridges. Fastening knob on the forehead. Two small holes at the nape of the neck. Angular, slightly tapered face cutout. Pointed cheek pieces. There is fine bead and reel decoration around the edges. Height 25 cm.
Underwater discovery in excellent condition. Greenish patina in the interior and remnants of the encrustations when found.
