A metal 12"x 25" "Apollo 17 Crew Only Parking" sign that was hung in the parking lot at the Flight Crew Training Building (FCTB) at KSC. These buildings housed the mission simulators, and after the last lunar landing mission, Apollo 17, this sign was collected. This sign was hanging not only for the Apollo 17 crew, but for all LM crews previous including Apollo 11. A heavy sticker forms the last digit of the mission number (there are no layers of stickers, just the one), and obviously was changed out from crew to crew. It is unknown what is underneath the sticker - either blank or a zero would be a good guess. Normal wear on the sign and bent in a bit at the nail holes when removed, but can easily be re-flattened. A great piece of space history.
