There is a signature on page 7:A “These below are Menashe Divrei Yosef …Cohen HaEfrati.”Rabbi Yitzchak Bar Abba Mari of Marseilles was a sage in Provence. He discussed responsa with Rabbeinu Tam, and his book was accepted as one of the most important books of the Poskim Rishonim.Original leather binding. The title page is missing as are five pages in the beginning and two at the end. It was completed in fine, orderly handwriting and organized as though I print, there was also an attempt to restore the illustrated title page.
