Egypt, 26th Dynasty, ca. 600 BCE. Shabti depicted mummiform with pleasant facial expression, wearing a tripartite wig and false beard, arms crossed with hands emerging and holding hoes, seedsack suspensed over his left shoulder. With eight lines of horizontal hieroglyphic text and a vertical line on the back pillar identifying Oudja-Hor as the owner. 4"H.
Provenance: Ex-private collection of Jean Lecannellier, Blainville, France, collected between 1960-1980.
