Scythian culture of Eurasia, ca 1000 BC. Rare cloak or toga pin is a very early example of the fine bronzes produced by the nomadic tribes of the Scythian culture! Large, lozenge-shaped catch-plate incised with floral pattern, rounded arm with deep incised geometric patterns, long pin still intact. 5"W x 3-3/8"H.
