It was later moved to the Beach Club. In the late 1990's and early 2000's it was on loan for display at the Monterey Conference Center. A recent book by Scott Powell entitled ?Francis Elkins: Visionary American Designer,? notes the triptych attracted the attention of expatriate writer and native Californian Gertrude Stein.
