Studied in Munich, Berlin and Marburg. Cornette in the Baltic army during the First World War, in 1919 he enlisted to fight against the communists and Bolsheviks. From 1922, he wrote short stories for the newspapers. In 1936 he moved to Munich and the following year he was expelled from his newspaper because he had become a Catholic and his wife was Jewish. From 1946 to 1958 he lived in Zurich, where he led a literary life.Signed printed photograph applied to cardboard to Paul Langer. In-16.
