Tall three are surrounded by an oval oak leaf wreath. Thin vertical pin back with a c-catch. Includes the presentation paper award envelope. It reads Ullgemeines Sturmabzeichen. Reverse side is maker marked R. Karneth Gablonz. Printed tan paper construction. Awarded for three combat encounters with the enemy. Excellent condition. Measures 1 5/8 inches wide by 2 1/16 inches tall.
