Excellent condition. One piece die struck nickel construction. Front shows a maltese cross with the Bavarian coat of arms in the center. It reads TREUE DIENSTE BEIDER FAHNE. Reverse side shows the Roman numeral letters IX in the center of a shield. They are surrounded by a round oak leaf wreath. It reads DIENSTAUSZEICHNUNG III. KLASSE. Includes the presentation triangular machine embroidered cloth woven cotton ribbon. Measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
