A stunning Seljuk copper alloy inlaid vessel. A striking cast vessel with a round, almost spherical body decorated with complex intertwined floral motifs in the central part. The shoulders are adorned with simpler motifs while on the broad neck, just below the barely everted rim is a decorative motif of pseudo Kufic script alternating with rosettes with six petals around the pistil.
