Comprising commemorative stamps and a first-day-cover of Robert F. Kennedy, the younger brother of John F. Kennedy, 35th president of the United States (1960-1963). He attended Harvard University (1948) and the University of Virginia Law School (1951), and he served as attorney general during the Kennedy presidency. When Lyndon B. Johnson, John Kennedy's vice president and successor, decided not to run for re-election in 1968, Robert Kennedy began his campaign for the presidency. He was assassinated at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles on June 6, 1968, by an Arab immigrant, Sirhan Sirhan. His son, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is an independent candidate in the 2024 presidential election. The commemorative stamps: 15c blue, complete block of forty-eight (8x6); the FDC: Robert F.
