The second grand house, called Overhead is about 3700-square-feet and has 6 bedrooms, plus a large sleeping porch. This house has a magnificent dining room with a large fireplace. It is a fantastic summer house with loads of room for the entire family, including a game room with ping pong table. An all-tides deep water access dock provides direct and private access to Eggemoggin Reach. On its 30+ acres, this estate includes extensive walking trails and a cabin in the woods. This is truly an aspect of Maine that few can experience. Kayaks and boating equipment are available on site, plus sailing vessels can be provided to valid operators.
