Initialed and dated by Giesler at top. Files holes else very good. Paul Gielser (1895-1945) was Gauleiter of Westphalia-South and President of Bavaria. In the closing days, he ordered the murder of all surviving prisoners at Dachau, which order was refused. With his wife, a suicide as the Americans closed in.
