This vintage derby hat includes the seldom saved original box. The hat is called The Paxton hat, as stamped in gold logos at the crown, and on the tan leather sweatband. The exterior is black felt, and the interior is maroon velvet. The size sticker is still inside, marked 7 3/8. The hat is in excellent condition, and appears to barely have been worn. The box is also excellent, with inner form, lid, and rope handle. A gold label from Roxford is on the side, with crescent. Also a store label with style, color and size is stapled to the side. * * * This is a top quality derby and box, in great complete condition.
