Since then, his artwork has been highly regarded for its playful insterpretations of ordinary subjects with fascinating shapes and colors. His artwork is described by John Canady of The New York Times: (His) geometrical forms are painted with adegree of illusionism that makes a metal band seem to arch away from the wall, turning the painting into sculpture". He has been involved in many exhibitions, including Expo '67, Montreal; Indianapolis Museum of Art, and the Larry Aldrich Museum in Ridgefield, Connecticut. *
