Comprising: a letter from the Musicians Union informing Mr. P. Best, that his application for membership of the Musicians Union (Liverpool Branch) has been accepted, dated 6th August 1962 and signed G. Wady, Branch Secretary, together with Peter Best's Musician Union card #3053 from the 3rd quarter 1962, and a book for the Rules of the Musicians's Union, all together in an envelope addressed to Mr. P. Best, 8, Haymans Green, West Derby, Liverpool. 12, dated 7 August 1972 , with a postmarked stamp. Pete Best is often called the "Fifth Beatle". He was the drummer for the band immediately before they achieved international fame. Ringo Starr replaced Best on August 16, 1962. Condition: good, some light wear commensurate with age.
