Differences of opinion amongst authenticators regards 'type' or 'material' will not qualify as reasons for a return. Any item eligible for return with request for refund must be accompanied with a full written report of the examination. Authentication is a matter of scholarship and we welcome you to utilize the experience of your preferred expert for consultation prior to sale. You may arrange to have your expert inspect a potential purchase prior to a sale by calling 1-800-466-3836. Reserve and Buy-Back rules are in effect for this sale. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter the Auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen bidding or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "Hammer." The Paper records of the clerk are the true record of sale under Kentucky State Law, regardless of conflicting information reported by the LiveAuctioneers.com bidding service. After a sale, all winners via the LiveAuctioneers.com system must be 'certified' against these paper records, and in case of conflict, the paper record will be the true and accepted record. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Kentucky State Sales Tax (6%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted.
