This is an original signed production cel and background from the hit series X-Men.  Stan Lee signature is located on the right of cel in black sharpie. * Under a cloud of increasing anti-mutant sentiment, Professor Xavier creates a haven at his Westchester mansion to train young mutants to use their powers for the benefit of humanity, and to prove mutants can be heroes. Xavier recruited Cyclops, Iceman, Angel, Beast and Jean Grey calling them "X-Men" because they possessed the "x-gene", an ability normal humans lacked. When individually photographed and projected in rapid succession, the images appear to move. * To create production cels, the original animator's drawing is transferred onto an acetate cel (by hand-inking and/or photo copying).
