Eric Clapton used this guitar on the 29th March 2005 for his 60th Birthday party at the Banqueting Rooms Whitehall in London. It was also used by Mick Jagger on the 12th August 2004 at Abbey Road. Both Clapton and Jagger hired the Wooden Body Resonator guitar. Copies of the invoices for the hire for both artists are included with the guitar as well as a letter of authenticity from the hire company with more details. The delivery Document for the Clapton hire is made out to Alan Douglas, Clapton producer, with the invoice to be sent to Olympic Studios. The artist's name is listed as "Eric Clapton RE Eric's Party" The guitar was hand delivered by the hire company to Whitehall at 10.30pm on the night of the party, to be picked up the next day. The Jagger Invoice delivey address is Abbey Road Studios with Music Bank Hire as the invoice address and the artist as Mick Jager(sic). Ordered on 12th August it was used for five days.
