All-felt, fully-jointed, painted features, blue eyes, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig, felt and silk costume, felt shoes with silk bows. Comes apart at the waist to reveal a silk-lined candy container. She has brass RJW button, paper label "Le Bal Masque, Musette, UFDC New Orleans 2003, R. John Wright", and is in original deluxe gold-edged box, released in edition of 1600 for the 2003 UFDC convention. Commentary: Mint-in-box.
