Fine Furnishings & Judaic Art Auction

The auction will begin with a small collection of Judaic art including 29 pieces of museum-quality framed prints from the Sir Jack Lyons Art Work Competition of 2002-2003, featuring winning entries submitted by Israeli students depicting the impact of terror on life in Israel. A hard-to-find two-volume copy of "Song of David," one of 500 reproductions of a commissioned handmade Haggadah produced by David Moss in 1983, will also be offered. Furnishings in this segment include a pair of Italian urns, Maitland-Smith leather-clad secretary, French baker's rack, collection of limited-edition Lalique perfume bottles, French Country furniture, painted chests, large crystal chandelier, crystal wall sconces, and a Murano glass chandelier. Contemporary art will be offered from such American and European artists as Marc Chagall, Thomas McKnight, Clementine, Ya Cha Pak, Erte, and Dan Mitra.
