1. AUCTIONS: All items will be paid for, in full including postage and insurance, before dispatch, without exception. a) A bid is an legal agreement to buy an item at a set amount and that agreement is only cancellable upon written notice from Senescent. b) a winning bid is a legal contractual agreement to buy the item, as seen and as per contract, without any other applicable conditions. c) this is enforceable, and will be enforced, by the relevant Laws of the Buyers specific Country in a Court of Law if necessary. d) All goods will be sent to the address on the Buyer's profile, or profile page and the Buyer will sign for the item (unless they nominate a specific person previous to dispatch). 2. PAYMENT: a) Due to the continuing, unrealistic demands made by Merchants & Credit Card companies, on large online transactions, we insist on all payments being made by Bank Wire (regardless of any other pre-qualifying statements advertised on a Third Parties website) though we are at great pains to point out that the Buyer is entitled to a full Refund under our section entitled 4. REFUNDS. b) upon a completed sale, an invoice will be dispatched within THREE WORKING DAYS. c) we ask all Buyers to sign the invoice, where designated, in an agreement to our Terms & Conditions. c) all payments must be dispatched by Bank Wire within FIVE WORKING DAYS of sale completion. d) payments that haven't been dispatched within that timeframe, are considered to be in Breach of Contract & substantial legal efforts will be made to recover owed funds. 3. RECEIPT AND SENDING OF GOODS: a) If goods aren't signed by the Buyer (or nominee) the Buyer still accepts full responsibility for the merchandise. b) It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to liaise with the relevant Courier to make sure that they are in, when goods are out for delivery, or arrange accordingly; though we set a reasonable time limit of FIVE WORKING DAYS (from the courier's first delivery attempt). c) It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to address any potential import and Duty concerns. d) once goods leave Senescent's premises, or Senescent's Legal Client, the Buyer becomes completely liable for the item. e) this is why we insist on the Buyer taking out and paying for insurance (of the purchase value) prior to dispatch. f) Senescent & it's employees can not be held legally responsible for errors created by, or on behalf of, any third party. g) sometimes Senescent will send goods from a Client's location & though every effort is made, Senescent will act as a broker in these cases & the Third Party Client is wholly responsible for their own goods. 4. RETURNS: a) returns are accepted, up to SIX MONTHS from the initial purchase date. b) no refund will be offered until goods are at Senescent''s premises (or designated address) and have been inspected; though Senescent will make every effort to do that within 48hrs of the goods arriving at Senescent premises. c) all returns must be in exactly the same condition sent. d) which is the reason why we INSIST all returns be insured up to their purchase value. e) if insurance isn't taken, equal to the goods purchase value (regardless of what the Buyer "thinks" the item might be worth) then Senescent consider this to be a breach of contract & therefore the right to a refund is annulled. f) upon inspection of the item & agreement of the condition, Senescent will refund the Buyer in full, within FIVE WORKING DAYS, to the same method paid. g) the Buyer is legally compelled to facilitate in any potential insurance claim, completely and utterly, without any prejudice or bias. 5. CONFIDENTIALITY: a) all transactions, all transaction data, communications including emails and phone calls, all provenance, is strictly confidential & can only be released upon permission of Senescent. b) any confidentiality breach will be strictly legally enforced. c) equally, all Buyer's communications will also not be used, in any shape or form, unless Buyer has breached our Contract (see Breach Of Contract). d) all client's data, and information of previous owner's, are only released to paying Buyer's, who also must agree to this confidentiality agreement.

1. Do I have to organise Shipping & Packaging? No, this it all handled by us, but please request a quote on insurance. 2. Is there any Buyer Premium? None whatsoever. 3. How do I trust to buy from you? All our Prints have a 60 DAY return and refund guarantee. That means, you can return the print (for ANY reason) within that period for a full and immediate refund. After the first 60 days, we then guarantee the Authenticity of the print for a lifetime. Please see our Terms & Conditions for additional details. These guarantees are more comprehensive than any other online Art Gallery. All our prints have been Authenticated in some shape of form & will arrive with the relevant documentation. 4. How about Provenance We can provide you with a rough outline of provenance. But, to comply with Domestic and International Privacy Laws, we do have to protect the identity of individuals. This is not voluntarily, but an edict. Any Gallery providing private information, unless under express wishes of those concerned, is in fact breaching various Data Protection Acts. Though upon a purchase, we have license to produce that information for you, with permission from those concerned. We also protect all of your Data too, so this is a two way Street. 5. Can I examine the prints? During the lead up to the Auction, you may make an appointment with us & you can examine the items at any point. After the Auction, the items have been sold as shown. All items will then be couriered directly to the address on your profile, not hand delivered, or held for any further inspection period or then transported anywhere else. There are many good reasons for this and one of the big reasons, is to put our Sellers requests first. We do however, actively encourage all of our Buyers to conduct Due Diligence. We also offer the most extensive guarantees of any online Gallery. 6. Why does it seem that your selling items, that you have already sold? Unfortunately, Live Auctioneers marks items as sold, when they have been bid and won at Auction. That does not mean that money has exchanged hands, or the Auction contract has been completed by the Buyer. It is also unfortunate, that some Auction Winners, never read any of our policies. So I guess, if your reading this, your not one of them!! Some Auction Winners, insist in paying by Credit Cards, even though we clearly state what our payment methods are. Some Auction winners start to make unrealistic demands, or try to change the contract upon which they have previously agreed to, after the winning the item. Luckily, it doesn't happen often, but when it does Live Auctioneers doesn't unmark these items as sold.

There is NO Buyer Premium on Sales.

Nor will picking the item up in person, or securing additional conditions of viewing before payment. e) all items have a 6 month refund period.
