Please do not bid if you do not agree with all the Terms of Sale listed below. Your submission of bids in this auction constitutes your acceptance of these “Terms of Sale”. All Lots are Sold AS IS and WHERE IS with no warranties of any kind. All Sales are Final. 10% BUYERS PREMIUM. Although every effort has been made to be correct in the description, they are offered as a courtesy and not a statement of fact. Condition Reports may vary in accuracy and the absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear, imperfections or the effects of ageing. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect and familiarize yourself with the Items you are bidding on. All information regarding measurements, opinion of value, age and quality offered are not guaranteed. All buyers will receive an invoice detailing their purchases, including sales tax (if applicable), buyer’s premium and Shipping / Insurance Charges. Items will be shipped only upon receipt of payment in full and will be insured for their full value. For shipments outside of the USA, customs and duties may apply upon entry into said country and this fee if any is the buyer’s responsibility. We will not falsify customs value on international shipments. Appropriate Georgia sales tax will be added to all invoices unless a Valid Georgia ST-2 or ST-5 form is on file with House of Stuff Auction Center prior to Invoicing for your purchase. Items shipped outside of Georgia USA or international purchases will not have sales tax added.
