Regulations: Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) sets out the rules for the auction objects (hereinafter Auction), the income from which will be used by the Organizer for the construction of a school in Ghana. The condition for participation in the auction through the website https://pomagam.omenaa.pl is to have an account on the website (hereinafter Website).In Auction on the Website may attend any natural person with full legal capacity or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality who logged on the Website no later than the end of the Auction and performed the steps required to successfully log in, in particular, accepted these Regulations, gave a real personal data necessary for the implementation of the Auction such as: name, address, Social Security, e-mail, phone number. Operations on behalf of the legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality may be made only by persons authorized to represent them. 2. Auction participants are required to provide their real personal information. 3. Accounts of registered participants through the Web Site, will be verified by telephone . 4. The condition for participation in the Auction at a Charity Event is entering a natural person having full legal capacity or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, as a participant of Auction, and the signing of the declaration of payment of the offer price for the choice of the offer. Entry as a participant of Charity Event may be done only by parties invited to participate in the Charity Event. Announcement of the Auction These Regulations are also the announcement of the Auction. Progress of Auction 1. Breakthrough price offered by the participants is open to other participants. 2. By submitting a Auction, participant shall designate Object and quote the price in Polish zloty, which he offers. The price must be higher than the asking price or than highest accepted offer of at least 500 PLN (five hundred PLN). Participant who offers the highest price, wins the Auction. 3. Participant can make any amount that will be a multiple of 500 zł (five hundred PLN). 4. Participant who until the end of Auction, offer a highest bidder, wins the Auction. 5. The offer is binding upon the grant adjudication. 6. On 8th December 2015 from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CET (with the provision that the Organiser may extend the time of Auction) will remain Internet Auction and live Auction at the same time during a Charity Event. Auction Participants via the website https://pomagam.omenaa.pl and participants in the Charity Event will be kept informed in real time about current offers submitted during the Auction. 7. Participant may bid any amount of items. Payment of the purchase price and release of the auctioned object 1. Participant who submitted the highest bid, is obliged to pay the purchase price within 7 days of the end of the Auction, on to the designated bank account of the Foundation. 2. Release of the auctioned object must be made within 7 days from the date of payment of the offer price at the Foundation's headquarters. 3. In case of failure to pay the highest offered price by the date specified in the Regulations, the right to purchase the object belongs to the next highest bidder proposing the increment price. The technical requirements necessary to work with the ICT system used by the Organizer on the Website: • Internet access • The device of the above-mentioned access, through which it will be possible to log on to the site • Web browser installed on the above-mentioned device for displaying on the screen web pages. The browser should also support Java script and enable acceptance of cookies. • Active e-mail account to confirm create an account on the site. Data Processing By entering participate in the Auction, the participant accepts the provisions of these Regulations and consents to the processing of personal data provided to the Organizer, to the extent necessary for the proper performance of all activities related to the Auction, and its completed. Organizer is the administrator of personal data processed in connection with the Auction. Participants have the right to inspect their personal data and correct them. Auction Participants via the Web Site may not provide any illegal content. Final provisions 1. The organizer may cancel the Auction, in whole or in part without giving a reason. 2. Summary of Auction will be announced on the website https://pomagam.omenaa.pl within 21 days after the Auction. 3. Auction over the correctness of the course, in particular on the selection of the best price, will be supervised by the commission. 4. Any complaints regarding Auction must be submitted with the reasons for the address of the Organizer with the note "Auction-complaint" within 3 days of the end of Auction (date as postmarked). 5. The organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations of Auction in case of a change of legislation, including also reserves the right to cancel the Auction, and change its terms, including extending the duration and termination of Auction for any reason. These Regulations are available for inspection at the office of the Organizer, at https://pomagam.omenaa.pl and during a Charity Event.
