They are resistant to damage by heat or scratching, and can be cut or polished only by another diamond. However, an extremely hard blow can cause a diamond to chip. Chipping can also occur when stress is placed on a diamond during setting, unsetting or in a host of other manners. We try hard to ensure that the data on this site is accurate. In the event that the data is inaccurate or an item is marked with the wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel that particular transaction. The diamonds advertised on this site came from legitimate sources and not involved in funding conflict, in full compliance with United Nations Resolutions. MJ Discount Jewelry & Coins, Inc. hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written and verbal guarantees provided by suppliers of these diamonds. Return Refund Policy MJ Discount Jewelry & Coins, Inc. is fully committed to satisfy our customers. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory and is confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or from the auction for any reason, MJ Discount Jewelry & Coins, Inc. will refund your purchase price, subject to the following terms and conditions: You must contact the Sales Supervisor at 1-(626)915-8000, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, except holidays. You must also have to email at mjdiscountjewelry[at]mail.com of your intent to return the item(s). Upon verification and approval of the returned transaction, you will be issued a return authorization number (RAN). Returns without the RAN will not be accepted. MJ Discount Jewelry & Coins, Inc. offers a seven (7) day return guarantee. Customers may return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt, less (15%) buyer?s premium (imposed by the Auction House) and shipping fee. The merchandise must be unused and unworn. There should not be any scratches or marks on the item(s) and it should not have been altered in any way, shape or form. It must be accompanied by the original sales invoice, tags and certificate of appraisal, if one has been provided. In case of failure to provide the certificate of appraisal, you will be charged $100.00 for each certificate. Please make sure to get insurance for the full value of the merchandise when returning the package to us. IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST AND NOT INSURED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE ITEM(S). Upon receiving the package in good order and condition and upon approval by our quality assurance specialist, refund will be issued and credited to your account within 72 hours. For those who paid by wire transfer, a company check will be issued and mailed to your billing or shipping address. Merchandise damaged while in transit and attested to by the carrier will be fully refunded or replacement item (s) will be shipped, if fully insured. Returned packages must be within the period of return or at least post-marked within the 7day return policy. Please return your purchase via the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service. ADDITIONALLY, CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
