Bidders are asked to inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size & any restorations. Catalog descriptions include condition & size where possible. Please register early to make sure you are approved before the start of the auction. 4. Full payment is required via PayPal (preferred) or money order. 5. The highest bidder will be declared the buyer. In all cases of a disputed bid the lot will be resold, but the auctioneer will use his/her judgment as to good faith of all claims. Shipping will be completed in a timely fashion, by the most economical shipping method.
