Playball! The sports portion of the sale is highlighted by an early 1960s Louisville Slugger bat, both game used and autographed by St. Louis Cardinals legend Stan Musial. Also included is a pair of batting gloves, both game used and autographed by St. Louis Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols. For the Yankee collector we have a number of nice Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, and Joe DiMaggio pieces. Most notably we feature a 1947 American Legion Dinner Menu hand signed by Babe Ruth, Ted Williams, and Joe Cronin; certainly a very special item! A 1922 Neilson's Chocolate Ty Cobb along with a near complete 1952 Bowman Baseball set are also of special note. The hockey section has a number of autographed and game used sticks and jerseys including a very attractive Wayne Gretzky autographed stick and a pair of game used goalie sticks hand signed by Curtis Joseph and Grant Fuhr, respectively. We are also offering a very nice 1980-81 Topps Basketball set in our Basketball section.
