Terms and Conditions: All lots are sold on an ?as is? condition. It is the bidder?s responsibility (present, absentee and online) to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. Main Auction Galleries, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The Auctioneer has the right to reopen bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie, the floor bidder gets precedence over the phone or internet bidder. The buyer assumes all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once it is sold. All bidders must register their name, permanent street address, city and state (no PO Box numbers accepted), telephone number and two forms of identification with Auction house. The buyer must present a valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express card. We do not accept PayPal or Western Union payments. Buyer?s Premium is as follows: 23% for online/internet bidders, Phone, 20% plus 3% credit card fee if applicable, Absentee, 20% plus 3% credit card fee if applicable, In House Floor bidders, 15% plus 3% credit card fee if applicable. There is a $50 fee for any returned checks. State of Ohio 7% sales tax will be applied to anyone without a valid vendor?s license who buys at our auction and lives in the State of Ohio. International Bidders (absentee, Phone and online) must submit a valid credit card to bid, no exceptions. Payment from International bidders to be made by wire transfer, in US currency only, plus any additional bank charges or fees only. The absentee bidders form must be filled out completely by any bidder wishing to bid absentee. All Phone and/or Absentee bids must be filled out and submitted to Main Auction Galleries, Inc., 3 (Three) days prior to the auction start date. A limited amount of phone bids will be accepted on any item with a value of $300 or more. All bids, whether by phone, absentee, internet or floor indicates the bidder?s agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions for bidders. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts in Ohio. All lots are sold as is without any representation or warranties by Main Auction Galleries, Inc. Absentee, telephone and internet bidding is offered as a free service to our customers and prospective bidders. Main Auction Galleries, Inc. shall not be responsible for any errors or failures in executing bids by telephone, absentee or via the internet. Main Auction Galleries Inc. will bid competitively and the auction staff will try to purchase the lot for the lowest bid possible. Main Auction Galleries, Inc does not accept ?buy bids? or absentee bids which have no limit. The price for each lot is the final hammer price the auctioneer calls out. The buyer is responsible for the buyer?s premium and sale tax if applicable. Packing, handling, insurance and shipping costs are solely the buyer?s responsibility. Main Auction Galleries, Inc does not handle shipping and is not responsible for any shippers, or the item once the auction has ended. A list of shippers that customers have used previously will be supplied upon request and at the end of the auction with invoices. All items with a reserve will start at the reserve price. Unreserved lots will have a minimum opening bid of one-half the low estimate, or at the auctioneer?s discretion. No items will be released to purchaser or shipper until payment has been received in full and if paid by check, until check has cleared bank. Items may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm only, and must be paid for and removed within 7 days of the auction. There will be a storage fee of $5.00 per day per item if items are not removed within this time. Main Auction reserves the right to waive this fee if arrangements are made in advance for storage past the 7-day limit.
