Firearms Notice

Any weapon that meets the requirements with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms will incur a $25 dollar processing fee to transfer the ownership to the buyer, including those who possess a valid Texas License to Carry (LTC). All firearms sales will require proper federal paperwork. Firearms not directly picked up from the auction must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Some items in the auction may not be legal in your city or state. It is your responsibility to make sure the firearms are legal before you bid. Firearms are sold AS-IS and it is your responsibility to ensure all firearms are inspected by a licensed gunsmith prior to firing. Winning bidders will receive an email notice within 24-48 hours after close of the sale.
