1. We do accept absentee and phone bids from bidders who cannot be present at the auction. Please call 208-777-8724 at least a day before the auction date to make arrangements. Absentee bids left with us are executed competitively and confidentially. In the case of identical left bids, the bid received first will prevail. Bids submitted through eBay are not executed until the item is offered during the live auction and the order in which they are received is not a factor. 2. All statements made the date of auction by the auctioneer take precedence over all written materials or advertisements. Premier Auction Center reserves the right to withdraw any item or lot before or during the sale. 2. It is the buyer’s responsibility to view all images, carefully read descriptions, or if possible to personally preview items before bidding. Items are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. We make every effort to thoroughly represent listed items with detailed descriptions and comprehensive photographs. The catalog descriptions carry a limited guarantee to protect the buyer against major discrepancies that would greatly affect the value of the item. This limited guarantee covers authenticity, major restoration, or undisclosed repairs that affect the items value. We also guarantee against fakes or modern reproductions. We will refund the hammer price plus buyer's premium in the case such difference is discovered after the sale and we are notified within 48 hours of the buyer’s receipt of the item. We do not refund shipping costs. Please email or call for additional condition reports before the auction begins if needed. 3. The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on Premier Auction Center's part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, Premier Auction Center's sales record will be conclusive in all respects. Absentee bid services are offered as a convenience to customers who cannot be present during the auction. Premier Auction Center will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute an absentee bid. 4. A buyer's premium will be added to the successful bid price and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium is 15% for sales on eBay, 10% for sales in-house. Winning bidders residing in the state of Idaho are subject to state and local sales tax unless the purchaser has filed a valid sales tax exemption number with Premier Auction Center. 5. All shipping arrangements and related fees of items larger than the standard sizes accepted by the USPS will be the responsibility of the buyer. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS EXPENSIVE TO SHIP FURNITURE AND OTHER LARGE ITEMS, IT IS IMPORTANT TO GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE BEFORE BIDDING. We can recommend local businesses that provide packaging/shipping services and we are willing to help facilitate the process. Premier Auction Center will not be responsible for damage or loss by any outside shipping company. Auction personnel will package and ship smaller items that can be shipped via USPS at the buyer’s expense. There will be reasonable packaging/handling fees added to the shipping charges incurred. 6. Payments must be made with-in 3 days of end-of-auction notification by Premier Auction Center. Purchases may be paid for by cash, approved check, money order, cashiers check, Paypal, Visa or MasterCard. Premier Auction Center reserves the right to hold merchandise until payment funds have been verified. 7. Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms announced at the time of sale, whether bidding in person, through a representative, by phone, by internet, or any other form of absentee bid.

Please be aware that the time displayed by eBay is an estimation of when our entire live auction will end, it does not reflect the ending time of individual lots. Sniping programs do not work with the eBay Live format. We will start the auction at 11:00am Pacific time on September 17th with lot number one, and expect to sell approximately 75 lots per hour. If you are not able to participate in the auction in real time, we strongly suggest submitting an online absentee bid through eBay early. Absentee bidding ends one to two hours before the auction goes live. Remember, the eBay proxy system will not allow you to bid against yourself, and the limits of absentee bids are never disclosed to us.
