Very polite, helpful and friendly people to work with. The shipping was outstanding! They wrapped and boxed up the stagecoach and chocolate set with TLC. A + + + + Highly recommended.

Emailed them multiple times regarding shipping and the incorrect address being put on the item. To this day they have not bothered replying.
