First time using DAG-Amazing experience
The auction from DAG was run as other reputable auctions were and with no issues. Very professional. Shipping was originally understood to be using 3rd party, but upon winning my item I was contacted by the auction house and they offered in-house shipping for a very good price (to Canada) I am very happy with this first auction experience with DAG and will absolutely use them again.

Quick shipping but packaging needs some work
They shipped quickly and the item, an Herm è s silk scarf, was accurately described. I would suggest that in future an expensive silk scarf not be simply stuffed into a cardboard box for shipping but first placed into a sealed Ziploc bag. If the box should get wet or torn open in transit (happens all the time), the scarf will have protection from the elements inside the Ziploc bag.
