Loved the Auction House. Felt that local UPS store overcharged for pick up and shipping of very light and thin item

Unprofessional
I have bought many items from a variety of auction houses around the country. This is the first time I have experienced a problem with not receiving a lot that I paid for. I won multiple lots in an auction and received 5 out of the 6 lots I had won. I have been trying for two months to get in touch with the auction house and Rag and Bone has not responded to emails, phone calls, messages sent via the LiveAuctioneer website, or outreach from support staff at Live Auctioneers. I can understand that there was some kind of error with transferring lots to their recommended shipping company. I have wanted the items from the lot I purchased. Getting them late would have been better than not getting them at all. Getting a refund to items not received would be an acceptable alternative. I have had questions about documentation and where the lot may have gone missing. Did it get released to the shipper? Who lost the items? Have they been located since they first went missing? To get zero response to my inquiries has been extremely unprofessional. The UPS Store they recommended for shipping has also been unprofessional and I have been disappointed in their service, but they at least have answered their phone. I do not recommend bidding on items in a Rag and Bone auction. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I feel like my money has been stolen.

Don't online bid because nonreasonable high shipping fee after!!!
I won 4 pcs porcelain including 1 pcs 14 "Diameter bowl and 4 pcs 10" Diameter plates. I checked from USPS if using a 16 "x 16" X 16 "box/15 LB USPS shipping price is $50 by USPS ground. But it here, the only one auction house recommended shipper:: UPS store 2567 require shipping fee is $135 using a 24" X 18 "X 18" such large box. After I receive their shipping quote, I send email to both auction house and UPS store 2567 require if can using a smaller box and reduce shipping price, both of them not response me any more... Above is my experience, so I remind all bidders "don't bid online if you not able local pick up, because you will be charged a no reasonable high shipping fee after you won and paid your items"

I paid for my item and three weeks later have received no communication. The UPS store says call the auction house but all I get is an answering machine. I would only buy from large reputable auction houses in the future. Looks like I will need to chargeback the item.
