They use an outside shipping company, and working with them could not have been easier. Overall, a very pleasant experience that was straightforward, accurate, and included timely shipping!

Won an auction. Reached out following their instructions and submitted payment. Waited 2 weeks with no update on shipping. Reached out to see what was going on and I was told my item was sent to a completely different bidder and I was being issued a refund. This was a waste of time and had I not reached out they would have never contacted me. I do not recommend this seller as there is no reason my item should have gone to another bidder. I also have no way of confirming this and it is a total possibility they were unhappy with the final sale price and choose to keep the item
