Great Experience!
Mr. Sadi made the shipping process of my three large chandeliers effortless! His in-store packing service cut costs for me and even better, they arrived unscathed-so well packed and protected. (Tons of environmentally safe popcorn and handmade containers securing them.) I would bid in their auction again in a heartbeat!

frame was damaged. Damage was not evident in item photographs. Damage must have happened during shipment. Very prompt and courteous service.

Very delicate item...
I can't say enough about Natalie's Gallery. They packed the crystal chandelier so carefully and the box was very secure. Nothing out of place or broken. Tons and tons of foam noodles were used and I'm thankful!
